Kuala Lumpur, March 26, 2010 - The authors of MBA Edge and its publisher WAWASAN Professional Training Centre (the Organizer). Co-organized by A.W. Faber-Castell (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Faber-Castell) , this Business White Paper Competition is also supported by www.mphonline.com as the official online bookstore.

The Competition is based on a MBA level Business Case for current MBA students studying in Malaysia. The topic of the White paper is "Issues and Challenges in managing Financial Objectives in light of Green issues in an organization".

The participants are encouraged to seek inputs from various sources such as government bodies, NGOs or private organizations to gain a comprehensive view on the topic. However, its core focus is on business excellence and green initiatives. Students are expected to showcase their entire repertoire of knowledge gain from both their work experience and studies.

"We want to develop confidence in business writing among MBA students and improve their problem solving skills to nurture the development of managerial mindset" says Benson Wong, one of the authors of MBA EDGE.

The MBA EDGE is co-authored by Benson Wong, Lenny Chiah, Rodney Toh and Steven Shim to promote life-long learning culture among Malaysian youths.

This competition is open to all Malaysian and International students who are currently pursuing an MBA in a Higher Learning Institution in Malaysia. Commencement of the competition starts from 1st April 2010 to 30th Sept 2010. This is a group competition of three people in a group. Results of the winning three groups will be announced in November 2010 and the prize giving ceremony will be held the following month.
