Only factory visits enquiry which are confirmed in return by Faber-Castell Malaysia should come. Please allow two weeks for us to confirm your visit.
Rules and Regulations:
- Please note that Faber-Castell do not impose any charges for factory visits.
- The time for factory visit is from 9.30am - 11.30am.
- Factory visits available on weekdays only. We are closed on public holidays.
- For safety reasons, all visitors are not allowed to wear sandal and slipper in the factory.
- Only 40 pax are allowed to enter the factory inclusive of adults and childrens.
- Children below 6 years old is not allowed in the factory due to safety reasons.
- Faber-Castell reserves the right to amend and change confirmed factory visit dates if required.
